About us
Who runs DMARC Done
DMARC Done is a service of Dominyko, MB, a cybersecurity consulting company. Dominyko, MB sells every order, answers every support email and is responsible for everything published on this site, including the guides and the blog.
What we do for customers
The free check reads a domain's SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX records, detects its mailbox provider and DNS host, and shows the exact records to paste. We do not store the domains you check.
The paid service moves one domain to p=reject for $199, paid once. It goes in stages, and each stage unlocks only when your DMARC reports show that no real email would be lost:
- Your first record keeps your current behaviour and sends the daily reports to your private DMARC Done address.
- Quarantine unlocks only when every sender you marked as yours passes on at least 98% of its mail over the last 7 days, after at least 14 days of watching and reports on at least 5 different days.
- Reject unlocks only after at least 7 days at quarantine, with under 1% of your real mail quarantined.
- Every stage change follows what is live in your DNS, verified by lookup, never what anyone says.
- Until day 60, we re-check your DNS every day. If a real sender starts failing, or someone removes the record, you get an email the same day.
The full process, with the record for each stage, is on How it works.
Who does the work
Software does the repetitive part. During the service it re-checks your DNS every day, reads every DMARC report sent to your DMARC Done address, and applies the rules above to recommend when your domain is ready for the next stage.
A person at Dominyko, MB answers every email to hello@dmarcdone.com.
You make every DNS change yourself: we give you the exact records and verify each change automatically.
How we write the guides
Every guide and article ends with its sources, mostly the mailbox provider's or DNS host's own help pages and the RFC standards behind SPF and DMARC. We check those links when we publish, but we do not control the pages they point to.
What you can hold us to
- If we do not get your domain to p=reject within 60 days of purchase, you can ask for a refund of the full amount you paid, under our refund conditions.
- Changed your mind? A full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as onboarding has not started. No reason needed.
- One payment per domain. No subscription.
- We never need your passwords, admin access or mailbox access.
The rest is written down in our terms of service, refund policy and privacy policy.
