Refund policy
Last updated 5 Oct 2026
This policy explains when you get your money back for the DMARC Done service. It is part of our terms of service. It does not limit any rights you have by law, including the consumer right of withdrawal described in the terms.
In this policy, “we” means Dominyko, MB, the company behind DMARC Done, and “you” means the customer who paid for the service.
Summary
- Changed your mind before we start? Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, as long as onboarding has not started.
- We did not get your domain to
p=rejectwithin 60 days? Full refund on request, as long as you published each record we recommended within 7 days.
1. The 14-day no-questions refund
You can cancel and get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase if onboarding has not started yet.
When onboarding starts: onboarding starts when we confirm in DNS that you have published the first record we give you (the DMARC record that sends reports to us). Until then, your dashboard shows the domain as waiting for that record.
To use this refund, email hello@dmarcdone.com from the email address you used to buy, and tell us the domain. You do not need to give a reason.
2. The 60-day p=reject guarantee
Our goal is to move your domain’s DMARC policy to p=reject. If we do not get there within 60 days of your purchase, you can ask for a full refund.
What counts as reaching p=reject
Your domain counts as being at p=reject when the DMARC record published at _dmarc.yourdomain.com has the policy p=reject and applies it to all mail (no pct value below 100), and our DNS check confirms it.
Conditions
The guarantee applies when all of these are true:
- You published each record we recommended within 7 days. During the service we will recommend DNS records, for example the reporting record, SPF and DKIM changes, and the policy changes to
quarantineandreject. Each recommendation is sent to you by email and shown in your dashboard with its date. For the guarantee to apply, you publish each one within 7 days of that date. - You told us about your sending services when we asked. We will ask you to mark each sending service we find in your reports as yours or not yours. Please answer within the same 7 days.
- You ask for the refund in time. Send the request within 30 days after the 60-day period ends.
If a record cannot be published because of a limit at your DNS host or email provider, tell us within the 7 days. That does not count against you while we look for another way.
What happens if we cannot reach p=reject
If the conditions above are met and your domain is not at p=reject 60 days after purchase, we refund the full amount you paid. This includes the case where we decide that moving to p=reject would put legitimate email at risk, for example because a service you depend on cannot be made to pass DMARC.
You keep any records you have already published. We stop monitoring the domain when we issue the refund.
The BIMI-ready add-on
If you bought the BIMI-ready add-on together with the service and we refund the service under either section above, we also refund the add-on. BIMI cannot work without an enforced DMARC policy, so the add-on follows the main service.
The add-on does not include a Verified Mark Certificate (VMC) or Common Mark Certificate (CMC). Those are bought directly from a certificate authority, and their refunds are governed by that authority’s terms, not ours.
How refunds are paid
- Email hello@dmarcdone.com from the email address you used to buy, and tell us the domain.
- We confirm the refund by email.
- We refund the full amount you paid, including VAT, to the original payment method through Stripe within 14 days of confirming.
Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show the money in your account.
