Terms of service
Last updated 5 Oct 2026
These terms apply to the DMARC Done website (dmarcdone.com), the free checker and the paid DMARC Done service. By using the checker or buying the service, you agree to them.
“We” and “us” means Dominyko, MB, Vilnius, Lithuania (details in the imprint). “You” means the person or business using the website or buying the service.
1. The free checker
The checker looks up public DNS records for a domain and explains what it finds. It is free, needs no account and comes as is. We work to keep it accurate, but DNS changes all the time and results can be incomplete or out of date. Do not rely on it as your only check before changing records that affect your email.
Please do not use the checker in an automated way or at a volume that disrupts it. We limit the number of checks per visitor.
2. The DMARC Done service
What you buy
A one-time service, priced per domain, that guides one domain from its current DMARC policy to p=reject. The price is shown on the pricing page at the time you buy (EUR 249 per domain when these terms were written). VAT is added at checkout where it applies. There is no subscription.
What is included
- A DMARC record for you to publish that sends your domain’s aggregate reports to us.
- Collection and analysis of those reports, with a list of every service sending mail as your domain and its pass rate.
- Step-by-step recommendations for the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records needed so your legitimate mail passes.
- Recommendations for when to move to
p=quarantineand thenp=reject, based on your report data. - A 60-day watch starting on the day you buy: a daily check of your domain’s records and an alert email if a legitimate sender starts failing.
- A printable confirmation page once your domain is at
p=reject. - Email support at hello@dmarcdone.com during the 60 days.
What is not included
- Changing your DNS records for you. We recommend records; you or your IT provider publish them. We do not ask for access to your DNS host or email accounts.
- Configuration work inside third-party services beyond the guidance we give.
- Monitoring after the 60-day watch ends.
- Any guarantee of inbox placement (see section 5).
The BIMI-ready add-on
You can add the optional BIMI-ready setup (EUR 99 when these terms were written). It covers an eligibility check, converting your logo to the required SVG format and validating it, hosting the logo file (and later the certificate file), publishing the BIMI record, and an application pack with guidance for a certificate authority.
It does not include a Verified Mark Certificate (VMC) or Common Mark Certificate (CMC), or trademark registration. Certificates are issued to your business by a certificate authority, which you pay directly under its own terms. Whether a certificate is issued, and whether a mailbox provider shows your logo, is decided by those third parties, not by us.
3. Your responsibilities
To use the service you agree to:
- Only buy it for a domain you own or are authorized to manage.
- Publish the DNS records we recommend, or tell us promptly if you cannot. The refund guarantee requires publishing each recommended record within 7 days (see the refund policy).
- Keep the reporting record we give you in place while the service runs.
- Tell us which sending services are yours when we ask.
- Give us accurate contact details and keep access to the email address you bought with, because that is how you sign in.
You stay responsible for your DNS and your email systems. Before publishing a stricter policy, check that our recommendation fits your situation, and tell us about any service that sends mail as your domain that may not appear in the reports.
4. Payment, refunds and guarantee
Payment is made in full at checkout through Stripe. Refunds, including the 14-day no-questions refund before onboarding starts and the 60-day p=reject guarantee, are described in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. No guarantee of deliverability
DMARC, SPF and DKIM help receivers tell your real mail from forgeries. They do not decide whether a message reaches the inbox. Every mailbox provider applies its own filtering, and we have no control over it.
The only guarantee we give is the refund guarantee in the refund policy. We do not guarantee that your email will be delivered, placed in the inbox or shown with a logo.
6. Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost business or lost or delayed email, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded.
These limits do not apply to liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or to any other liability that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, they do not affect your statutory rights.
7. Consumers: right of withdrawal
The service is designed for businesses. If you buy it as a consumer, meaning for purposes outside your trade, business or profession, and you live in the EU, you have a legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day it was concluded, without giving any reason.
Starting during the withdrawal period. Our service starts right after payment. At checkout we ask you to expressly request that we start immediately, and to confirm that you know you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the service.
If you withdraw after we have started, you pay an amount proportionate to what we provided before you told us you were withdrawing, compared with the full service. We refund the rest. Our refund policy is often more generous: within 14 days and before onboarding starts, you get everything back.
How to withdraw. Use the withdrawal function on our website, or send us a clear statement by email to hello@dmarcdone.com. You can use this model form, but you do not have to:
To: Dominyko, MB, hello@dmarcdone.com
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the provision of the following service: DMARC Done for the domain [domain].
Ordered on: [date]
Name: [your name]
Address: [your address]
Date: [date]
We refund any amount due within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the payment method you used.
8. Changes to the service and these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you bought the service applies to that purchase. We may change or stop offering the free checker at any time.
9. Complaints
If something goes wrong, email hello@dmarcdone.com. We reply in writing within 14 days.
If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve a dispute, you can contact the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba), A. Goštauto g. 12, 01108 Vilnius, https://vvtat.lrv.lt/, which handles consumer disputes out of court.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes go to the courts of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.
